What counts as a "task"?
One task = one file processed. Summarize a PDF? That's 1. Remove a background? That's 1. Merge 5 PDFs together? Still just 1 task. Free users get 20 tasks/month total across all tools, plus per-tool daily limits.
How does Pro activation work?
After subscribing, you'll land on an activation page. Click "Activate Pro" and your current browser is instantly upgraded — no login required. The upgrade stays active for 12 months and reactivates automatically on renewal.
Can I use Pro on multiple devices?
You can activate Pro on up to 3 browsers. Just open NexTools on the new device and use the activation link from your welcome email to unlock Pro there too.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Your payment is processed securely — we never see your card details.
Do free limits reset?
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month. Pro users never see a limit message.
